Hace un tiempo desde el muro de Facebook de Tenemos Tetas lanzaban la siguiente consulta de una embarazada:<\/p>\n

\u00bfEs aconsejable seguir ti\u00f1\u00e9ndose durante el embarazo?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Al principio pens\u00e9 que era  una pregunta con alg\u00fan final de chiste, pero tras leer la pregunta completa llegue a la conclusi\u00f3n de que era una consulta seria.<\/p>\n

Siempre he pensado que era un mito lo de que los ginec\u00f3logos desaconsejan el uso de tintes durante el embarazo, y m\u00e1s en los \u00faltimos tiempos, donde los qu\u00edmicos cada vez son menos agresivos y en dosificaciones bajas.<\/p>\n

Pero por lo visto es una realidad, seg\u00fan que ginec\u00f3logo te toque, en funci\u00f3n de lo actualizado o no que este, es posible que te aconseje prescindir de los tintes y volver al color natural de tu pelo.<\/p>\n

Te\u00f1irse durante el embarazo es seguro<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Seg\u00fan la NHS (servicio de salud brit\u00e1nico)<\/a> no es peligroso te\u00f1irse durante el embarazo o la lactancia<\/strong>. Ale, ya lo he dicho, por si alguien no conf\u00eda en la palabra de miles de madres te\u00f1idoras durante d\u00e9cadas…<\/p>\n

Para las afortunadas que no se han te\u00f1ido nunca, decirles que el tinte se tiene en la cabeza por unos 20 minutos<\/strong>. Y que hasta donde yo s\u00e9, el tinte no llega al torrente sangu\u00edneo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Un ejemplo extremo de cuando no es seguro te\u00f1irse durante el embarazo<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Pero en el caso m\u00e1s desfavorable del mundo mundial, imaginaros que entra alguien con un hacha a la peluquer\u00eda. Tienes la desgracia de que te la clava en la cabeza y el tinte entra en contacto con la sangre… Cuando en este hipot\u00e9tico caso el tinte entrara a destajo al torrente sangu\u00edneo, llegar\u00eda al h\u00edgado y al ri\u00f1\u00f3n inevitablemente. Llegando a causar una \u00abinsuficiencia renal por coloraci\u00f3n capilar<\/strong>\u00ab, es decir que tendr\u00edamos una hepatitis por tinte… Si bien el riesgo es bajo, creo que cada una es lo suficientemente adulta para poder tomar una decisi\u00f3n y asumir las consecuencias.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Parece que el embarazo y la lactancia est\u00e9n llenos de mitos<\/a> sobre lo que puedes hacer y lo que no puedes hacer. Nosotras recomendamos siempre consultar fuentes fiables, y no dejarse llevar por consejos, que aunque bien intencionados, puedes estar vac\u00edos totalmente de evidencia.<\/p>\n
